By accessing or using agentsmarketcap.com and related services (the "Service") operated by AMC AgentsMarketCap ("AMC", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1 Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service without written permission.
- Use the Service to harm, defraud, or harass others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account.
2 Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@agentsmarketcap.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3 Purchases & Subscriptions
Purchases may be processed through Whop or as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store, depending on where you buy the Service. Subscription fees are billed on the cycle shown at checkout or in the App Store purchase screen.
If you purchase through Whop, billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled according to the Whop checkout terms and refund policy shown at the time of purchase. If you purchase through Apple in-app purchase, payment is charged to your Apple ID, subscription management is handled through your Apple account settings, and refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by the applicable payment provider policy or law.
4 Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software in the Service are owned by AMC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights.
5 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AMC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
6 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
7 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
